There are many things to consider; acclimation, taking moisture readings in the wood and subfloor, humidity levels, the precision of board placement and much more. Benchmark is experienced in installing unfinished floors and we can sand and stain them on site. We also install factory finished, engineered, laminate, and vinyl floors.
